Please note that staff should not be contact via their own direct email unless this is by prior agreement with the staff member.  We have a clear policy in place to ensure that our staff do not routinely receive or are expected to respond to communication outside of business hours (this includes internal communication).  All emails should be sent to the address listed above, marked for the attention of the relevant staff member.  Our staff, as all professionals, have an entitlement to time out of their working hours that is protected, we know that our Parent community will happily support this.  Please note that staff have been assured that they are under no obligation to respond to emails out of business hours that do not follow this policy.

Complaints should be addressed in line with the school complaints procedure.  Please note that complaints not addressed in line with this procedure will not receive a response. Complaints made by email will not receive a response. Copies of the Complaints Procedure are available upon request from the School Office.

Informal complaints or concerns should be addressed with the staff member responsible in the first instance.  Where a concern is not resolved by speaking with the staff member responsible, this can be escalated to an Assistant / Deputy Headteacher and further to the Headteacher and Governors in line with our Procedure.

Any serious concerns relating to staff members or safeguarding, or any concern that cannot be addressed directly with the staff member involved should be directed to the Headteacher in line with our Procedure.  Complaints should not be addressed by email.

We are committed to resolving any and all concerns as quickly and effectively as possible.
